When we arrived at the Sofitel hotel this morning, Alissia at the Reception Desk surprised us with the news that we were ‘the Guests of the Day’. And this meant that we have a room on the 8th Floor with access to the Lounge that has coffee and snacks during the day and snacks and drinks in the evening. The room is lovely and the service is superb. Thank you Alissia!

The staff at the Sofitel Gatwick are always lovely. Ola at reception greeted us with a big smile and was very welcoming, it was at this point we felt our holiday truly start.

Lovely service from Florin!!! Florin recommended us the best drinks and and was really helpful. Professional team very friendly and polite . Was a great experience and a lovely experience. The drink’s was good and very quirk. Definitely will come back .

This is our second stay at Sofitel Gatwick Airport before an early morning flight. As usual, the room is great (Superior Queen Room with Runway view) and the food and service in the Mediterranean restaurant was excellent. Special mention to the carbonara al forno! At check in we were greeted by Ahmed who was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Customer service at its best. Thank you Sofitel for another great start to our holidays.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for Gatwick North Term8nal as it's a 1 min via a pedestrian tunnel. 3 different restaurants to choose from and a fantastic bar.. Shivani from the bar was super helpful and friendly. ThebThai/Chinese restaurant had very goidbfood.
